On 20 Sep 2007 I had booked one envelop containing important document through Blazeflash Courier ( a private courier service ) in New Delhi to be delivered in Vasai, a suburb of Mumbai. I received a letter in the mail from your company in reference to denying me a credit card from Modells. The reason given was that my social security number couldn't be verified. I never filled out for a card and do not shop at Modells. It is apparent that someone tried to steal my identity and get a card in my name. I saw the advertisement for a credit card to rebuild my credit in Ocotber 2007. After completing the application, I was not told of any account processing fee of $99.00; Program Participation Fee of $89.00; Annual Fee of $49.00; and Account maintenance fee of $10.00 before getting the card. A black lady was at the Jewelry counter across from where I was and a white lady came in with a dog, she was a friend of the black lady. I recently received notice from my bank that my credit may have been in danger. They suggest I get my 3 free credit reports. I did this. Apparently there is an area where they sign you up for a free credit report service for 30 days. You must cancel before the 30 days are up. I received a charge of 11.95 on 9/26/07 and 10/26/07. We purchased a fireplace, garage doors and garage door openers through this company. First, we experienced sooting on the interior glass of the fireplace (gas) and the exterior wall (direct vent). I resolved my overcharge issue with business owner but am afraid he's doing it to other consumers. I went to this business to get my boat winterized. The business owner advertised a cheaper price ($250) than Olympic Boat center ($350). The Lakeside boat service owner however talked me into some drive service as well. This company took over directory advertizing from Verizon Directories whice was part of Verizon Phone company, the local phone company in my area.I was an insurance agent and advertized in the phone book for 20+ years.
