I tried calling several times within the period and I could not get thru until today. A person named Lynne called me and went thru a speel that was never given to me and said she would cancel my order and she said no refunds. Well, I am now finding out this was a scam, once again and I would like to have my money refunded back to my account. That is all I want from this company. Have called me twice now, most recent 04/12/11. Claim they were calling on behalf of AT&T to correct a billing error that involved thousands of customers. Since there were so many customers AT&T had to get a 3rd party involved to correct. There was no billing error and luckily I did not fall for it. Shady people. Be very careful and listen because they will mention ISI will now be your carrier. I went into Solantic to have a piece of cotton removed from my ear that got stuck. The website advertises three prices for their services. A basic procedure for 89 dollars, a moderate procedure for 149 dollars, and a complex procedure for 229 dollars. All they did was spray hydrogen peroxide in my ear until the cotton got loose and fell out.
