I was looking for a site where I could watch movies. I went to YAHOO answers and saw a suggestion for flickpeek.com. I went on and it said that it WOULD NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD and only needed the number to verify that I was from the United States. Ok so I gave it to them. Then I went to my online bank and found that they had charged me. I then went back to the site to cancel and read that if I wanted to cancel online it would cost me .99 cents. CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD. What a rip off.
The movies they pretend to have they don't. I'll just stay with HULU they are great and don't pull this bull on ya. read full review »

A Linda Woolmack left a message on my land line stating she was with Mega Box and that I had a package coming to me. She asked me to please call her back at 1-876-306-8004. I called and a lady answered with a business name completely different than Mega Box. That is when I new it was a scam and hung up. Searched several price comparison sites i.e Reevoo etc -All listed a canon HV40 camcorder for £510- -£10 with a voucher code. This was an extremley good price Expansys site seemed to be international and well laid out. Ordered item giving card details and given a confirmed order number. Yet No delivery-. Several emails sent which were ignored. I then missed the wedding I was to film. Coming up to Christmas, having just moved house I was short of cash. I decided to look on the internet for a payday loan until the end of the month, as I was expecting a decent wage come the end of the month. As I searched I stumbled accross a company called the Loan Centre. This company promised to find me a suitable pay day loan. Unfortunately I took them at face value and trusted them. There was n mention of any charges, and any small print there may have been has been sufficiently hidden away.

First, they said in their automated message that my business was not listed on Google, which it is. I should have know that if it appears dishonest, then it would be that way throughout.

Xhtmlchop is basically one of the worst PSD to html experiences we've had. Due date on the 11th, but still waiting on the 20th for simple error correction. Day after day of sending support tickets to fix really stupid errors, like typos, 404 errors, and totally deviating from the PSD. I mean what's the point of spending time with your designer getting everything pixel perfect only to have to email xhtmlchop over and over again with the words "look at the PSD". Ordered a Mother's Day gift, they held it up, they have a copy of an email addressed accurately to me that I don't have in my mailbox saying there was a problem, they never initiated another follow-up till the cancellation of the order weeks later. I called, agree customer service was patronizing, unapologetic and unhelpful. I asked the order be sent. Just received another cancellation notice 2 weeks after the call with no explanation. Imagine my surprise when I checked my e-mail to find notification that my monthly payment has been processed AFTER I had sent an e-mail (the only means of communication listed on the site) to cancel my subscription within the 30 day time limit.

I want to report Regional Yellow Pages Online for trying to scam us by telling us that our account is past due and they are turning it over to a collection agency trying to collect $499.99 after we have already paid $479.95 on 2/18/10. We owe no more money and we want to stop being harrassed. Be very careful! I received a letter in the mail the other day, with garbled information in the To: section (based from a whois of a domain I own that's static now - I recommend getting a service that blocks your whois information to prevent these places from sending you mail). Based on that, I knew right away that they had gleaned my info. and was probably up to no good.

I tried to buy a GPS USB stick at http://mightygps.com. I ordered and paid via Paypal the entire amount owed. The stick was 61$ and the postage was 19, 45$. I live in Europa and this company is based in Canada, so the charges sounded reasonable, even though the weight of the entire packet was only something like 200-300 grams. No extra charges was given on their website.
