On March 1st of 2010 we gave Mohammad Arshad $4285.00 for delivery of 100 bagpipes with the balance due when they arrived. He emailed us stating that it was confirmed the items would arrive by end of July 2010, today is 2-23-11 and we still do not have the items and Mohammad is not responding to phone calls or emails. Recently I bought a 37.5 oz container of cascade dish washing detergent with grease fighting power of Dawn and have found that it is crystallized. I cannot pour it out the small hole intended for that, so I have had to take of the inner lid. I was talking to my son and daughter in law and they have had the same experience. I have been paying for 3Mbps service for over two years. For much of that time, the service has delivered between .7 and 1.3 Mbps as verified by both speedtest.net and speakeasy.com. They have a plan for unlimited calling to India but it is restricted up to 200 minutes per day. (50 cents / day ). Never late on any of my credit cards, all of a sudden I am, according to FirstUSA credit card, late on 2 payments. So the penalty is $35.00 for each late payment, plus a hike to 22.99% interest. I have a 5, 000.00 credit limit and the minimum payment I have to make is $100.00. Most of the time I double it, but now am paying minimum until I get this thing resolved. We called the maker on this and they said that you must heat the pot up before you make the coffee. But it does not state this on the box. The box says easy-to-use, portable thermal carafe with brew-through lid keeps coffee fresh for hours. It does not keep coffee hot even if you follow their directions that they tell you when you call their 800 number. We bought a 2009 Oak Creek 18 X 80 from the Tulsa location and we have had nothing but problems with it every since! We have had problems with eveything from the electricity to the ceilings to the hot water heater. It has been very difficult to get them to come out and work on the house at all and when they do some of the work they do is very unsatisfactory. Our house is a very poor quality home and Oak Creek refuses to do anything to make this right. And their 7 year warrenty is a joke.
