I Spoke to a Xhosa Lady who works at a call centre and I agreed that I will Deposit Money every month(errears R200) to your bank account and she can only debit the monthly instalment which is R161 only, but to my surprise R490 was debited from my account which was something we did not agree to. On 12 Feb. I ordered for Valentines Day. Order was not processed nor did recipient receive order as promised. When I called for a refund, it was refused and they lied and said order was in process of delivery. The didn't even know the name of the Florist processing the order. Bought a Franklin recliner from American home furnishing in July. had it replaced within two weeks, with same chair.by December that chair was falling apart. iConnectHere has been charging my bank account for a long time. There is no way for the customers to remove the credit card information from the account once the account is created. There is no phone number for customer support. The only way to cancel the account is to send an email to customerservice and the email is not easy to find. I had web hosting with a company called Niche Simple, they apparently had leased services from a company called Dataword to do support and they leased out servers. Roof on Bayside pop-up cracked still under warrenty, over one year ago. My dealer has helped as much as it could. Fleetwood is no longer a reputable Company. They have not acted at all and have given no info to dealer as it should. I have lost the value of my camper and cannot sell to upgrade without losing my roof warrenty such as it is. Donald Schober, dba Mid Suffolk Cesspool Service, attempted to clean out my septic tank on May 29, 2010, but couldn’t because his truck didn’t work properly. He insisted that my septic tank was so clogged up that no one would be able to clean it out.
