we booked our room for a four-night stay and arrived to find a wonderful hotel. we decided to shorten our stay by one night. it took several attempts to reach a customer service representative. I have bought calling card from global telelinks in USA on 8/6/2011. They insisted I go to the hospital and that they would pay my bills. However, when it came down to it, Braum's has refused to help me at all.
