After receiving the package in the mail with instructions on how to "plug in" to this business, I ordered my first direct mail out. It was $498 to mail out 500 letters. Interenet connect drops for several minutes EVERY DAY. Try to get through to tech support but takes multiple tries to get through and half of the time they drop the call before talking with a live person. Long hold times and reps that are not knowledgeable on how to fix things. I would be much less unhappy if I could just get directly through to someone who could fix things. Becareful, as vodacom just cust your account when trhey don't recieve payment taht comes off a credit card. These people will call you twice. Once to promote you their product. The second call...whether you said yes/no to their service they contact you to confirm your address and say they will be sending you an invoice. All the while recording this conversation. Then they send you a $700 invoice for them posting your name on their website for a year. The website doesn't function properly and is a load of crap.
