The internet service is extremely unreliable, for most part the connectivity was not working on my DSL plan. There was no response from the customer service. However, the bills were delivered promptly. When I tried to lodge a disconnection request, I wasn't given any reference number citing technical problems. But the monthly bills were sent on an ongoing basis. They even served a notice for non-payment of bills. I think it is a scam. The sales person who sold the phone service promised a $15.00 a month savings to my phone bill. I spoke to them about having a bundled service with Comcast that include phone, internet and TV...they said I would save $15.00 a month and they would take care of every thing else. I rec'd my bell telephone bill in aug 2009 with charges for long distance which were made when i was away on vacation. We bought a Sears Craftsman Dual Stage Snowblower from sears in Nov. 29/03 we paid 1799.99 + tax totalling 2069.99 (400.00 per year). We've been trying to get a part for it since Nov 2009 ...backordered... today we received a call (Jan 25, 2010) that the part is no longer manufactured by the company and the life expectancy of a snowblower is 5 years and therefore the snowblower is rendered useless . On January 6th 2010 we requested service on our 10 month old Kenmore refrigerator freezer from Sears. Our second warranty repair. This time the unit blew out the control panel which regulates the temperature and the unit was already warming up. I bought a mobile phone from the above company for €300.00.It worked for a week and then it jammed up so i took it to have it fixed the first thing they tell you, is that i dropped it. I didnt. They couldnt fix it in Cyprus so they said they sent it to Finland, and that it will take over a month to get it back but they couldnt replace it or give me a phone to get by with. This service is a SCAM!! The furniture salesman sold me this contract at MACYS and was told this is a warranty that will clean my furniture. I placed a call today to schedule a warranty call and was denied saying it was an accumulation of stains. The technician asked me when the stains occurred and I told her over the last year. Some of the goods I ordered were damaged. I called and spoke to a "Mike" who hung up on me. On a later call, he said he'd fix part of the problem but the other problem I had was not of concern to him. I was told there was rebate I could apply for once I received the modem. This business allowed a 12 year old child(our son) to purchase a go cart with our credit card.He used his name on the invoice which is not the name on the credit card and his cell phone number. On December 17th I made a motel reservation on this website for January 9th, one night in Greenville, NC. Oddly enough, my credit card was charged that very same day for $89.61. I booked hotel 4 rooms through the hotel official website on 11/26/09 my check in date is Dec3 and check out date is Dec8, when I made the reservation it directly went to Starwoodhotel.com without any hint.
