Do not buy investment insurance from this company especially if it is a huge policy. Since the economic blowout has hit and if you cannot pay the huge premiums, then you lose all you have paid in, which can be thousands and thousands of dollars, in my case over $34000, but a few lousey dollars. I contracted VOIP service with Atlas Voice (now called Think Simplicity). I used their service for one full year. At the start of service I paid a refundable deposit to receive an ATA hardware device required to use the service. Upon cancellation of my service I sent the company back their hardware device. They confirmed receipt of the device but stated it took me too long to return the device and refused to refund my deposit.
