I thought I canceled my agreement with TollFreeMax 6 months ago. I thought wrong. They continued to bill me. I emailed again to [email protected] - they kept billing me. My husband called at the end of May to purchase a strut & spring kit. The rep Vita told him he did not need struts if the car already has them, as struts never go bad. She said that the kits with struts are only for vehicles that never had struts. So my husband paid $399.00 to order the springs only. We then paid $200 to install the springs. Will Turner claims to be a lender, but he is not. He was recommended by another broker as a lender. After sending LOI and asked for $ 4, 500.00 for paper work, title report and appraisal. On 12/21/09, my 1998 Freightliner Classic was taken to Performance Truck in Beaumont, TX because of water in the oil. They put it in the shop, drained the oil and water, and removed the oil pan. They found that it was leaking at #6 liner. I called Caterpillar to work on it, but they were closed for 2 weeks due to the holidays. I am taking the effort to warn people to avoid purchasing from GreenCulture at all cost. I ordered a Thesally bed frame from them in February 2007. The bed was $1000, and they tacked on an outrageous $350 for shipping and handling. It was to take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Instead, it took 12 weeks.
