They appear to review everything yet they specialize in nothing. They list links and graphics ads directly linked to product suppliers. They appear to be nothing more than an electronic catalog. When thinking of using this site for its advertised purpose, consider this, would a Sears catalog offer negative opinions about products they stand to benefit from. My problem is with the "Good Sam" RV club. They are in the business of selling worthless extended protection plans. They sell you this plan when you buy an RV that is 10 years old or newer, for 10% of your purchase price. I had a claim the first year. The jacks wouldn't work. They denied the claim. The second year I had a claim leaking air bags. They denied it also. I appealed to the department manager, a man named Scott, who said, "you don't really expect us to pay out money on an 8 year old rv, do you? Customers shop through this site and proceed to checkout. Everything goes fine. They send you shipping confirmation email but when you go to track the order there is no "status" or "tracking number" or anything of value. The next day got an email saying the dress would not be available until a month after we required it. The cost was $39.00 for the programm that should have supplied me TV with 3500 TV channels on my computer. The web site accepted my VISA payment and allowed me to download their software. I completed a 6 week research on my cigarette purchases, which ended on August 9th, 2010. It was clearly stated that checks would have been mailed out 6-8 weeks from end date. James Scott called me a few months ago claiming he was the ADA from the calif office and that I was under investigation from bank fraud made by chase manhantten bank. He gave me a lot of my personal information over the phone including my ss# so it sound real to me and he scared me to death! One--the caller says the appointment takes 20 to 25 minutes wrong it takes over one hour. Since I had a choice of Dial up or Satellite Internet I went with Satellite and locked into a three year contract, over the first two years of complaints about download speeds I could still get no satisfaction. For a federal program the government does not oversee and administer this service at all. It is simply forgotten and subcontracted to Trac Fone who runs a shoddy program bereft with problems, poor service and unethical policies that take advantage of the poor and disabled.
