Our company switched to Comcast for our phone, internet and TV service. Comcast internet service is down all the time. When we initially had the problem the first story was that squirrels chewed through the lines. The repair was done and the system is down daily still. I pressed a button for free trial offer and found out that I had signed up for the program of them sending me cartridges every month and charging me 99.95 a month to sign up and 59.95 a month for the cartridges which I do not want. I was getting the trial offer for my brother to try and quit smoking. I do not even smoke and do not want to be involved in this program. I paid the 4.95 trial offer, and I am done with these scammers. This company should be banned from doing business on the internet. Today I received a bill for home phone service from AT&T, which is interesting considering I never started phone service. I have Time Warner Cable (bundled package) and have never so much as contacted AT&T to inquire about rates.
