Capanis Networks, located on Lafayette street in New York, is, unfortunately, one of the worst telecom providers that I've ever had to deal with. Their network goes down more than anyone's should and what's worse is they don't have 24 hour tech support and they don't return calls. I took a suede jacket to this cleaners to be cleaned. When I picked it and looked at it the next day, the jacket had the same soil marks as it did when I took it in. I sent a stereo receiver to Stereo Surgeons for repair. They never provided a repair estimate as theystated they would on their website. The unit was not repaired and was NOT returned. Packet 8 provided the freedom annual plan for $199 and did automatically renew the subscription a year later with an increase in price to $240 - upon calling up packet 8, this renewal meant we cannot cancel the plan or get any refunds, the call quality has been very bad, I work from home a lot of days and it is almost unusable to make work calls, I have to switch over the using my mobile, wasting my minutes.
