After only 2 years of owning avery expensive table, the entire piece of furniture completely fell apart. The "customer service rep." was extremely rude from my first call. All of the wood screws had backed out and the pedestal base was falling apart leaving a dangerous situation. After a "repairman" came he said it couldn't be fixed and I'd have to purchase a new base. I am a consumer. I ordered this cam coder through on line and when I received it I got two packages meaning two items. I returned one item to Circuit City store in Rancho Cucamonga, CA but I got charged $211.00 for re-stocking. The Mgr seams to be arrogant and luck of cosumer courtecy. I told him that the package was tightly sealed but when I saw original box was not even taped and also the same as the other packaged. I brought a down puffy DKNY white coat that I loved. When it was time to wash it I looked over the instructions and it said to machine wash. I followed the instructions completely. When it was done the coat smelled funny like wet feathers so I dried it some more. The coat is no longer puffy and it still smells bad. This was a waist of $99.99. I used a pay phone this weekend to call a friend twice, each phone call lasting about 2 minutes long. I check my debit balance today and find I was charged $21 for each call... when each call would have been about a dollar using coins. Can someone please explain to me the fairness of this? If I'd actually known I'd be charged this much, I would never have used my card, I would have gone to a register and gotten some quarters. I'm writing to warn people about joining Server Yard website hosting or www.serveryard.com Our website has gone down several times over the last 2 months. I've tried reaching Server Yard or AllHostingSolutions.com via email and the chat feature they offer on the Server Yard website, but it appears they don't have customer service. No phone number to reach them and they don't reply to emails. The only emails I've ever received are the emails that are auto-generated telling me that they've received my request. My wife and I have built several new homes and have never been treated so poorly in all our lives. We had so many problems it is hard to list them all. We have threats of being sued from sub contractors that have not paid them and are looking for money from us, just for starters. The building inspector in North Saint Paul told us that in all his life he has never written so many code violations on one house! They are operating a business without any insurance. I know this because I fell at a rental house of theirs. They gave me the name of their agent when I fell. Surprise! It was for their personal insurance not business. It actually too Farmers Insurance a couple of months to figure that one out! My mother in law Linda Engle, purchased a Emachines computer from our Local Circuit City Store. She purchased the computer on June the 6th 2008. Since the purchase of the computer it has not worked. Linda has mailed it back to emachines 3 times now and followed instructions given on the telephone from Technical Help. They refuse to call her back when she calls and they refuse to replace the computer. We hired Amoroso Tree Service, supposedly a licensed, insured tree service to remove trees from our property. Without permission, Amoroso drove on our neighbors property causing ruts and damage to their lawn. When we originally spoke with Amoroso-he stated that the damage would be corrected. Unfortunately, Amoroso now told our neighbor that we had given permission for them to go on the neighbor's lawn and refuse to pay or repair the damage caused. I bought this course for 300 USD and when the tapes reached me, one of the tapes was found defective. I contacted the owner of this site called Mr Gerald Oddonnel who is currently trying to potray himself as The One as in the Matrix claimed to have shipped me a replacement which never reached. Armstrong Flooring will not honor manufacturer warranty on a defective laminate flooring product. Said product was actually discontinued due to known defects. A Local Carpet One franchise was hired to install an Armstrong laminate hardwood floor in 2001. This company sells poor quality products and does not guarantee their work. They do not even respond to calls that require repairs. They sell expensive products, do poor installations and then simply walk away. They will not respond to the Better Business Bureau complaints either. I searched for a website and the only thing close to Market Links is a Bulgarian business website which is close but has no affiliation to the U.S. for a mystery shopper or consumer service evaluator. I was looking for a personnel loan to pay medical bills. BettyAnn Clarke called and said I was approved for $7000, but since I was a high risk I needed some form of collateral. I wired $927 to her and she was to wire the money into my account the next day. The money never arrived and she will not answer phone, I found out that the phone number is a universal phone not a business. The company faxed me loan documents that seemed legal. Roomfull express is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. I purchased a livingroom suite and it was defective. The tech never showed up on the first appointment and said the sofa could not be fixed when he did come. No call back on the findings. I had to contact them. By then they used the excuse that it was over 30 days and it was reported well before then. They lie and use stall tactics whenever you have a problem. I think thier furniture must be seconds. Cablevision upgraded me to their IO Digital Cable Service in July 2005. They came and replaced my analog set-top box with a digital box. I did not check my bills closely enough for the following six months, until I noticed in January 2006 that they were actually billing me for two set-top boxes. A minor expense, but still an additional $5 per month for the phantom box. This is the second time I've had this kind of trouble with Cablevision. Last time they tried to upsell me something, the sales person offered me free bundled HBO permanently. Turns out it was only free for one month. So, after 2 months of calling Harlan every day and making 2 trips to his house, Harlan finally mailed me my disc. He originally promised me my pictures in 2-3 days. I did not expect much after I realized what kind of person I was dealing with, but I was extremely disappointed. My 4 year old son could have taken these pictures. He did not not edit the photos one bit. No red eye reduction, no cropping, no nothing. This guy is a complete loser as a person and a photographer. I feel so sorry for the brides who picked this guy. Be very wary of the Carleton Sheets Real Estate Scam, I mean program. While the program itself may be worthwhile to some, it's trash to others.
