What a nightmare! We had to wait an hour past our appointment time to even get started with pictures. We then snapped a few, and had to wait another twenty minutes to move to a different room. 3hours and a hundred dollars later, I was given pictures that were yellow, not white. And told I had to come back in three days to get my pictures. I asked for them to be mailed, as I live thirty minutes from the studio, a request they denied. I went to the my local CVS trying to make copies of some photos. Then girl that tried to assist me, though kind, copied incorrectly. I told her I wanted the 4 photos I had put onto one sheet. I ordered two Comark thermometers that they had pictured and described on the website. They sent me two thermometers that were not COMARK. They were not better than the COMARK and they were not similar to the COMARK. There was a description of the thermometer they were supposed to send. I booked the Intercape Mainliner bus from PTA to CT for the 9/04 departing PTA at 17:00. A sleepliner arrive at the PTA station at 17:00 and all the mainliner passenger where placed on the bus, stating that we were going to get our bus in JHB. The commission promised is fraud. The pay grid was changed midway and 50% less is paid. You are only paid commission. After you are paid your commission, you are faced with illegal charge backs, for sales allegedly canceled. It is now apparent that TRG Customer Solutions is committing fraud by claiming that an order was canceled. After 2 weeks of installation, my flooring began to show problems of cracking. Later a piece of wood came up (chunking). Another piece came up last Oct. We use them to ship a Japan shipment, and our shipments were vandalized. Goods were stolen, half carton of items are gone, packages are ripped opened and the contents were stolen.
