We paid up-front money, and were guaranteed 15 1-week vacations. After two vacations, we could no longer contact the company. I ordered a singing telegram through this service. I thought it would be a cute idea and lots of fun. They advertise that they will provide balloon and a gift. I told the lady when I order the telegram that my husband did not drink! They arrived with a bottle a Champagne and no balloons. Thus, no gift he could use. We purchases Dupont Zodiaq Quarts countertops thru Lowes to replace our exsiting countertops. They were defective and it took 6 months for a representive (who does not work directly for Dupont) come out and examined them & admit they WERE defective. They claim they have "live help" for 7 days a week (9:00am-9:00pm) at their web site. It took 5 hours to talk with them. After I placed my order, till it was shipped out, no ansewer at thier toll free number, no return phone call to my voice mail message, or reply to e-mail for 3 and half hours. I was looking at some bedding from Neiman Marcus that was really expensive and I started to order it. The order contained one 28" King size coverlet, one King size dust ruffle and 2 pillows. I tried to mail a job application first class with insurance since it has ALL of my personal information inside. The woman behind the counter, JoAnn, looked at me and said "don't you know we don't insure paper" I said, 'why not'. Because we don't insure things you didn't pay for it's paper. I ordered merchandise on in Mid December. A month later, I hadn't received any merchandise, and they informed me that would ship in a few days. Then they sent me a shipping Number. When I checked the priority shipping, it said that fed ex had not received delivery of the page. From then until today feb.1, I have email every five days. Each time they tell me it either has shipped or will ship within 24 hours. I am a VERY regular customer. I spend about $1, 000-month at this facility. I had a problem once with them over giving medication to my dog that he was not supposed to receive. This time, he was boarded past weekend for 4 days. I portion and supply his food (a very strict diet) and give just enough for the exact amount of meals for the stay. On Friday 13th Feb 2009, one of my employees was driving my sport truck, a 2007yr Ford F150 based Saleen S331 SC, and could smell smoke from the passengers footwell-glovebox area. Within seconds the smell became smoke and flames were coming from the same area. He managed to get out but the fire kept going and when the firebrigade got to the scene, not alot was left. My insurance company have taken the vehicle for inspection but as it is completly burnt out i would be supprised if they found the actual cause. Associated Credit Union has decided that they will no longer cut cashier's checks made out to ACU including my mortgage account number without a faxed request including detailed instructions. They also want me to include a copy of my Driver's License per request. My complaint is about the misrepresentation of a child's toy - Cool Tools Activity Set - sold by this company. The illustration on the outside of the package shows a white molded plastic liner in one half of the case which has a fitted space for each tool that comes with the set. There is no such liner in the case, which makes it too difficult for our child to put the tools away and close the case by himself and causes frustration. I ordered my daughter a gardenia plant for her birthday in February. It did arrive on the correct day, but the buds that were on the plant have just slowly turned black and fallen off. Now parts of the plant itself are dying. It never did bloom. I sent it so she would have a plant on her desk at work. Supposedly, if a customer, who has properly completed a form, is supposed to receive as much as $500 worth of free gas vouchers (in the form of a $25.00 gas card) for a period of 20 months. All the customer is supposed to do is to submit to the company a minimum of $100 in original gas receipts and within 4-6 weeks or so, will receive the gas card. However, it seems after getting the first gas card, no more are sent out to those customers, even though they keep sending e-mails stating they received that month's gas receipts and will process them shortly. I purschase a Masonite Fiber Glass patio door from Home Depot. The door was delivered and installed by Home Depot. It's a lifetime warrantly on the door and now after three years the door is starting to warp or bow inward. I called Masonite and they claim I was suppose to paint the door this is within 45 days of installation. This information wasn't provided by Home Depot nor the installer.
