I had Haulbikes pick and deliver my motorcycle, and they took over a month to deliver it. They didn't even contact the seller to let them know they were not going to be there for second attempt pick up. I had to call them myself to let them know. Then, they didn't even show up to pick it up. They are horrible communicaters. They lie to you about when your bike will be shipped. I purchased an Infinity Upright Vacuum Cleaner within a year and a half it stopped working. I called Euro-Pro Operating LLC and was told to cut the cord in the vacuum and return it to the company. I am not sure how Credit Protection Association L. P. gets your information from previous companies. They sent us a letter saying we owed X amount. Here is the kicker and the telltale sign that they are about to scam you. "We are offering you a final opportunity to settle this debt at the DISCOUNTED amount of blah blah blah." Hypersteet failed to renew hosting service completely, correctly. Automatically renewed website on January 2 and sent email to confirm. Also, sent email confirming that domain was renewed for one year, the same way it was purchased. Now Hyperstreet says that the domain was not renewed and it appears someone at Hyperstreet dropped the ball and was not properly trained. Now my website has been down for months and they want me to pay $75 to get it back online. The other option they have given is to wait more weeks, until March 14, to renew the service. This company has very rude personel. For an order that was cancelled over a month ago, and reordered they will charge you for. The items are shipped and you can't return them. The lifetime warranty on their flashlights is worthless. I mailed a flashlight through the postal service and they claimed they didn't receive it. I called Good Sam Club's Continued Service Plan on 1-9-09 to advise that I was selling my motor coach and asked them for cancellation instructions. They advised that I could transfer the continued service plan coverage to the new owner by faxing them the new owner's information. I also asked them not to take the automatic withdrawal from my credit card on 1/13/09. After first notifying BW that 16 pages were missing from my March 9 issue, I was instructed to go to the web site for the content. The content on the web site is not listed in the same order or categories, and of course isn't much fun to look at, so I requested a replacement issue or a download of the PDF. They have informed me that even though I've paid for my subscription and they sent an incomplete copy, I will have to pay an additional $4.99 to download a PDF so I can see what was missing from my magazine. I am writing to warn people not to buy the Magic Bullet. I bought 4 of them for Christmas presents the year before (2004). Just this past Christmas (2005)the cheap plastic wheel broke. The blades inside my mixer would not spin. I called the company and asked for a replacement of the wheel and was told this was not available, BUT I could buy a replacement bottom for $39.99. This company has obviously done their research. They know that most consumers will not be able to reach them while their 'trial membership' is in effect in order to cancel it. They make it almost impossible to reach them in fact with a very frustrating automated phone system with no obvious menu item for talking to a human. National family solutions are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They do not listen to what you tell them, they do not know the laws of the states. I have seen a special offer of webhosting at £2.99 and started using they tricked me paying 4.59 as small print somewhere on their website or a link has conditions to trick public. On Aug. 11, 2008 I hired TNT Cart to redesign on current website and make from scratch a second website. The work was hardly even begun when the 60 day contract ran out.
