I notified my bank about non-service on a VISA charge. Note: there was no phone number for the USEARCH on the charge. The bank has turned this over to their fraud department. I use at&t services for my cellular phone and my landline. I ordered my high speed internet through at&t and requested a bundle packaged deal. I was told that there would be a rebate issued to me for the modem. it has been practically 2 months and i have not received anything yet. I call at least twice a week but, to no avail.
