James Cox, owner of Seven Design Studios refuses to pay on a Judgement awarded against him. This was for a software program that he never completed for a client. A Judge in Butte County Superior Court awarded his client over 5700 dollars to be paid by James, which he refuses to do. This was awarded over a year ago. Anyone who is considering hiring Mr Cox for any of his services should strongly reconsider. He has had numerous complaints against him. I ordered free business cards from vista print, and found charges from them the next month. I found that many others were caught in this same scam. Vista signs you up for a membership that is Free the first 30 days and if not cancelled they charge you 14.95 a month. I was guaranteed a refund from Legal CPU for a name change if my petition was rejected for any reason. It was rejected because the county where I live does not use the forms that Legal CPU sent. I called to ask for a refund. The guy I talked to yelled at me and was very rude. He said I would not get a refund. I persisted, and he told me to send the copies of the forms the county does use. While on a recent trip to Mexico we made a 2 to 3 minute phone call to our son in law, using our credit card, from the hotel lobby. The call was to advise him of our room number in the event of an emergency. The hotel was Villa Del Palmar in Puerto Vallarta. We had our move this Saturday and I could not believe what happened. First of all Daniel (the lead) comes in with all this paperwork and shows me all these additional packing charges. M&T I would say illegally manipulates the time and when your transactions are processed to maximize the amount of fee's they get out of you. They have done this over and over to me.
