I been using the Airtel prepaid card and these Card i use only for the GPRS and nothing else. Once in a week i activate some time more than tat. The day when i activate the balance is deducted but tan too sometime double or more than tat its automatically deducted when i try to complain through customer care they talk so rude and make me confuse. Other than this yest i got a msg tat MCA is been renewed though i had sent any msg my balance is Deducted for Rs15/- and when i asked to Customer care they reply me telling tat they r not having such kind of information they reply telling to call after some days u will get the information. read full review »

I recently stumbled upon one of Amie's complaints. I read it objectively and sent her a response via email. After doing so, I decided to take a look at Amie's complaint posts. I literally started laughing so hard that I spilled my water onto my mouse and had to go grab my wireless mouse. Apparently, if I were Amie, I would have sent a complaint to the company that manufactured my mouse because it stopped working after I spilled water on it. I had bought a new Nokia N-70 music edition phone last year, with great joy, hoping my phone was the best among my colleagues. email received on july 22, 2008 telling me that my email address won the lottery done on july 16, 2008 with a prize of GBP 200, 000.00. When I check if there was a response to my reply email giving the personal information that they needed, I was suspicious that it was a scam so I searched the internet if there were similar promos like that. I have called Windstream numerous times about the dsl not funtioning properly from 10pm to 7am by shutting off. I then unplugged the modem, plug it back in, reboot my computer constantly. They say it is my inside house phone lines. I find it interesting that my phone lines can tell time. They work during the day up to 9:30 or 10pm. I dont have access during the day since I am gone or busy. So what am I paying for. This has interupted my bidding online, my billing and conversation. read full review »

I purchased a "Your Getaway" vacation from Grand Incentives in 2/2008. I followed the details of participation for this vacation. Time was of essence for me. On 4/29/2008, I submitted in writing a cancellation notice requesting my refund for room deposit. DHL SUCKS!

DHL is the WORST! The only way they stay in business is because they are the least expensive option for delivery. The only problem is that it's a crap-shoot as to whether or not your items will be delivered on time. The only reason I use DHL is because my company makes us use them. I would say 1 out of every 5 packages sent out doesn't arrive when it's supposed to. Today it happened to be a personal delivery sent that was my sister's birthday present. Hello All Today I tried to register a domain name through Yahoo and after I made the purchase I realized that they will be charging me $34.95 for every year after the initial period ends. I cancelled my purchase immediately. (Approximately 5 minutes after the purchase) If I buy a car, you can bring it back in 5 minutes but Yahoo does not reimburse the fee they charged for. My MotherInLaw, a senior, called Telus asking how she could reduce her long distance. They told her she should use email with an EasyPC plan, and signed her up. She has no clue to how to use a computer. Moreso, it keeps breaking down, and as a non english speaker she has a lot of trouble with the tech support. They sold something useless to someone who couldn't use it. This is a prime example of taking advantage of seniors. read full review »

They are far from unique, they are flat out copies. Designers beware of releasing your design portfolio to Aaron or anyone at Eds Clothing. Like many other people posting complaints here, my son has been unable to access one of his webkinz rooms. He has several and all seem to work except this one. We simply cannot access this room. The computer freezes each time we try. We have to log out and back in to play. I've contacted customer service three times over 3 weeks. I've received automated replies each time but that's it. I was not notified that it was on back order until I inquired about the shipping date. They will not refund my money without a 20% cancellation fee. I cancelled within the trial period, but the company continued to charge the monthly membership fee from my credit card. Despite numerous emails, and their promise to resolve the matter, it ended up taking until December before I finally received the refund on my card. I purchased my Sis a Earthlink Mailstation as a replacement for her old one which is worn out. She is disabled and her only access to the outside world as so many elderly and disabled. I purchased model KWD-808-I Acupunture Stimulator in April of 2007. In October of 2007, the device stopped working. The unit turns on, but does not generate any output. The manual states the device has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The dealer says it has a 21 day return policy. Was told I would have to purchase a new jersey and that a retrun label would be sent to me to return the small jersey. Did not receive return label. Called on 1/4/07 to inquire - was told that they were not sending me a return label and that I should put the jersey in a package and mail it to them. We have sent a package including a passport by Purolator. They specifically said sending passports is ok, and it was declared on the envelope that it includes a passport. PUROLATOR simply lost the package. From the tracking system it seems that it never went out of the town, yet they undertook no serious effort to find the package. The case that was opened 4 days ago simply got closed today by declaring our package as lost, i.e., they do not want to even look for it any more.
