I attended a 'Passion Party' in April 2005, which was hosted by an independent consultant. I paid for the items in cash because the consultant did not accept credit cards. The items were supposed to be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. After a month and a half went by with no items, I contacted the consultant and found out that her son had 'eaten' the order forms. I am registering this complaint under frustration on the services available from BSNL telecommunications. I have applied for a broadband connection at my nearest service provider(vaniyamkulam BSNL exchange) For a broad band connection for about six or more months. I haven't yet received a connection. Its a pity that the largest service provider cant look forward for a connection so seriously. I applied for AT-T U-verse service twice in a 2 month period. Despite a good-very good credit rating from all 3 credit bureau's, having a mortgage, credit cards, and a cell phone through AT&T for years, I was denied on the grounds of my credit worthiness. The website then gave me an 800 number to call, and after calling and waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, was told that my credit came back "unknown" and that I would receive a letter, and then would have to follow-up with the credit bureau. I ordered an item from the PropertyRoom.com website in May 2008. On July 28, 2008, ID Secure a/k/a TLG Identity Security removed $11.99 from my checking/debit account without my knowledge or authorization. I have requested ID Secure, et al. to return the monies to my account. I reviewed my account today and they still have not returned the monies to my account. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. No matter what you say, they say that you did. My situation goes back to one of my receivers going bad and having to order another one. Since I wanted to upgrade to a HD-DVR of course I needed to be charged $237.01...then, when I get the bill it states that the equipment was sent for FREE. Also, on the same bill I am billed for programing such as STARZ-SHOWTIME that I never ordered--and all they'll say is that I did order it. Art Adams service person stated there was a leak in the evaporator coil based only on the frosted coil. It must be replaced, $757 total. The unit was still working, but not fully cooling any longer even at ther highest setting. My experience is that this is a sign of low freon charge level. I am an engineer and have successfully repaired and recharged whole house and automotive units in the past. I contacted strategic marketing for assistance with telemarketing services for our business. I prepaid $998 for the first 30 hours of calling. After two months of receiving my payment, they still have done nothing! I can't speak to anyone on the phone, they will only correspond by email saying they will get our campaign going soon. Over a year ago I made an agreement with a company called EAS (Expungement Assistance Services) to have an arrest from when I was 19 years old, expunged from my record. EAS charged my $500 up front to start the process. I paid extra to get the process completed more quickly. I was told that the Rapid process would take a few months. I purchased my 2008 Hayabusa from the Pete's Cycle in Severna Park. What a mistake ! Their service department is horrible twice they have refused to fix warranty issues that I had to fix myself. I got a safety recall from Suzuki for the ignition wire. They told me I had to drop the bike for 48hr for a 5 minute inspection and then if it needs to be fixed another 3-5 days. Total Vac will not allow me to return this component because I tested it on a small area rug. It does not clean anywhere close to the original component. Their return policy is outrageous. Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of it's shipping date and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. We purchased a Little Tikes Bouncer for Christmas 2007. The Bouncer did not inflate correctly, so we contacted Little Tikes (as directed on the package, we were not to contact the reseller). When you call Little Tikes, you must leave a message. Eventually our call was returned. We were told that we could obtain a new bouncer if we defaced the original (with an authorization code) and send photos of the defaced bouncer along with a scan of the receipt to their customer service department. I am extremely disappointed in registering my domain name to Mondenet. I requested contact information changes and apparently there's a $10 service charge for such request. I wasn't aware of any of the charges since it's not even featured in the website. I don't mind paying the $10, but where is the business ethics? We have lived in canal place apartments for 6 months, in that time there have been many security issues. Police Raids on apartments, break ins, and various other security issues. The management team never answers their phone, and is unable to be contacted. The pool and gym and other amenities are have been closed most the summer. Starting on or around 3/1/08 our DSL service went out due to Nationwide Internet system issues (which they do not deny). Over the next 10 days, they did not respond to any of my multiple phone calls/messages or any of my multiple e-mails (which they do not deny), forcing us to find another ISP. I have cancelled my account on numerous occasions with them starting that first week of March and I continue to get bills from them for that time period. The floor in our kitchen if wood flooring and prior to us sighning the dish washer flooded and now the floor is buckleing and they say it happened after we sighned. All equipment was installed (July 24, 2008), but the installer could not get the system to download my email accounts, etc. He told me that Wildblue's system was down, but all should be operational the next day. I have been waiting now for six days and still no usable email. Intercargo charged our credit card and then, despite promises to pick up packages, failed to pick them up. After numerous telephone conversations and more promises the whole company started to look like a scam so we cancelled the payment with our credit card company. The company did not return calls and did not communicate with us in a responsible manner. Do business with these people at your own risk. Do not make cash payments. I bought a bike from performance in redwood, which entitled me to free tune ups for the life of the bike. From the very beginning the service I received was honorable. The windshield wipers are stuck in the off position. Using tem one day and turned them off, then stuck that way. Annoying! 500.00 to fix it! The passenger side window motor went out, 800.00 to fix that. The sliding door where the child car seat is( built in seat) not working properly. Driving down the road and all the doors were locked, it decides to open on its own! 3 Year old son was screaming " Mommy my door open!" When I originally ordered the stair lift from Acorn to be installed in my father's house, I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to be manufactured and installed. It took them 14 weeks to delivered and installed the unit. Meanwhile, they had required a 50% deposit of $6, 000 dollars upon ordering.
