We were scheduled to stop in Grand Cayman Mar 4, 2010, but sailed by it when the captain announced that due to weather the port was closed and that they were unable to tender us in. A man was on the deck saying the port WAS open (he had called) and for everyone to go to customer service and complain. He was taken away by security. Three ships arrived in the port ahead of us: Celebrity Century @ 6:55 am, Costa Fortuna @ 7:30 am and Liberty of the Seas @ 8:00 am. 8, 878 people made it on shore and the Conquest didn't? This is to raise my voice on the worst maintenance of seats in VRL buses. Its full of bed bugs and impossible to even close ur eyes for 2-3 mins also. We booked a vacation package with Sunquest through our travel agent. On february 28th, I was supposed to board Qatar Airways flight 115 To doha at 00:35 and connect a flight to Heathrow, London at 02:35 Doha time. My sister called me crying about how mean the hotel workers are in the "La Mirage Inn" in Los Angelas. She wanted to cancel her mistakenly made reservations there and get a refund so she could make reservations for the hotel she actually wanted. cancellation policy is deceptive. It is written but you think you are signing off on a credit contract. They never verbally tell you about the no cancellation policy. There are many interruptions when signing and reading over the paperwork. They give you a false sense of trust. They have done their legal homework. Once you sign they do not care. I flew with Emirates on 29th Jan to Ausralia. This was my 9th flght and have always ben hapy with them, hence my loyalty. BUT, I will never fly with them again. This trip was terrible.
