When we requested in BIAL counter they told us to collect the refund money from Bhubaneswar counter as you had booked the ticket by cash in Bhubaneswar Airport. When our guest reached bhubaneswar, the counter in Bhubaneswar told the status shows already refunded. We have not reecive any refund neither is Babalore ot Bhuabaneswar counter. My traveling companion had to cancel her trip due to an illness in her family. Trip Mate reimbursed her the entire amount of the trip. They denied my claim. Having called them early in the day to make reservations in Ireland, we needed 3 rooms. They could only make a maximum of 2 per reservation but assured us they could do it with 2 reservations. When we finally received the confirmation e-mails several hours later, the were several errors. After multiple calls to them, finally asking to speak to a supervisor, we were cut off each time. Catering staff in train no-2142 on 19-04-2009 were selling product in 3AC coaches at higher prices than printed. Same was complained to TTE, but to surprise, selling continued claiming that contractor has directed to do that. All of this was to be within one year of our original sign up date. All we were offered was a two week extension on our one year contract and we told Worldwide that this was not satisfactory. Please warn all consumers not to do business with 1800Hotels. I booked a room with them at Planet Hollywood only to arrive and find that although I had been charged for the reservation, the reservation was no good. I had to rebook once I arrived at Planet Hollywood and was in essence charged twice. Not only that, but then 1800Hotels put an additional charge on my credit card for a "Foreign Transaction" fee.
