This has reference to my first mail in regard to unprofessional service you credit card division is giving to your clients. My order no.is 3735334. The product is a 41 piece toolkit and screwdriver set with clip-on bits. As directed, an amount of Rs.226/- vide Chq. no.144513 dtd.20/03/07 drawn on State Bank of India, Shastrinagar Branch, Chandrapur, was sent mentioning the order details. I would like to warn people about a bogus holiday club "Design Vacation"operating from Club Puerto Atlantico in Arguinegan,Gran Canaria.We paid almost 10,000 euro in Jan 2006 for 2 weeks a year holidays in 4 and 5 star accomadation for 25 years.So far we managed one holiday.Every time we try to book they dont reply to e mails or come back with alternative holidays in 2-3 star accomadation at high additional prices.I wrote to withdraw membership and get some money back and recieved no reply.I went to my solicitor who advised me to go... read full review »

We stayed one night at this hotel and after checking out my friend noticed a charge to his credit card for $40.00. He called the franchisel owner/manger about the charge and she said it was due to a curtain rod being broken. I was the last person to leave the room and there was no damage when we left. I explained to her that there was no damage and asked her to remove the charge and she refused and she hung up the phone! My first ever journey with NWA came out to be a bitter experience. Let me just narrate the story in short. My husband and I checked into the Days Inn Port Wentworth, Georgia. We asked for a non-smoking room. We checked out around 6:00 AM. When I looked at what I was charged, I found an additional $50 charge. After calling the hotel, and speaking with the manager, I was told that housekeeping said we had smoked in the room. My ajnali food processor's adapter for blades was damaged.. From Last 8 months i had approached various dealers and shops , but then the part is not available. I wrote a week ago complaining about the second mattress that I bought at Big Lots. This one is the same as the first, the sides are sagging severely. I requested a refund so I could buy another mattress and haven't recieved an answer. I am 76 years old and sleep alone, weigh 120 pounds. I cannot be the cause of my problem. I had agreed to look over the offer of a 3day vacation in fla. and decided to cancel within the time given// I did so. Recently I booked a Go Holiday package via Airasia to Siem Reap. I made the booking in August 18th. Unfortunately, Airasia changed the time of flight from KL to Siem Reap.
