During my return from Manchester to Chennai, the check-in baggage was lost. In spite of repeated calls to Emirates, I have not got my baggage yet. It has been four days now. The travel was horrible. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant. This is a problem because the employees were still there and i would have had at least some chance of recovering my property if the police were allowed to do their jobs that day. Much grieved to note that the company service out-let at Erragadda, Hyderabad doesn't provide the necessary spare parts on demand of the customer. I had a terrible experience with Northwest Airlines. This is my first time to fly to US and NWA for that matter. From day 1 the agents in Manila cannot get us a good flight to North Carolina and we ended up flying to DC. We drove from DC to NC then. A friend of mine flew to Dubai on Tuesday 4th December 2007, he packed one bag for a three month trip. When he arrived in Dubai his bag went missing, after trying everything he could at Dubai Airport and missing his flight to Austria, I also contacted Jo-burg Emirates, aswell as his travel agent. I had unfortunately booked tickets from ezeego1.com, I booked the tickets for 17Feb'08 and because of some silly system mistake my tickets got confirmed for 16Feb'08. I have the mail from ezeego1.com which says my schedule is for 17 Feb'08 but when i confirmed it with Airdeccan they said it is for 16 Feb'08.
