The Bluebay Club used very high pressure & deceptive means to convince me to sign a contract to buy one of their timeshares. The contact is clear that if I cancel within 5 days I will be refunded and money I paid to them. This is the motel just outside of St. Augustine. It was filthy with mold in the bathroom Tub, Holes in the blanket,Hole in the Screen. They did not clean the room until we complained and we had no satisfaction. This was the so-called suite room 206. The management was not responsive and I found that this is was the worst place I have ever stayed. The bill was over 475 for 4 nights and it was worth nothing. We stayed at this motel a few weeks ago on our way home from the south. The reception area looked very nice and seemed well heated. The charge was $80+ for a room. We rented a room and when we got to the room there was no heat. The man said to give it a few hours and it would get warm. The company does not have a Virginia contractor’s license to date 3/22/07. They also did not have an Alexandria City license to do work in Alexandria, VA. They abandoned our hardwood flooring installation and tried to collect 6 months after the job was started and not completed. They used different flooring and stairs that was on the estimate.
