I have been using Airtel from past 5 years.My Add on connection is 99457 95460.Due to the exhoborate bills had requested the customer care for migrating it to Prepaid connection but on talk with the customer care executive I got convinced and decided to retain the same postpaid connection. Very misleading to represent FREE airline tickets when it actually will cost us $400 to $500 for the 2 tickets. It may be less than what we could buy the tickets for, however, maybe not. The tickets can be used at limited times to limited places. They were advertised as 2 free airline tickets to anywhere in U.S. Not continental US just US. We were promised all kinds of stuff to lure us in. We were told that we would get our investment back after 30 years but if you read the small print on back of certificate it is not true. We did some comparison shoping and found that it was actually cheaper to book vacations though a travel agent or Expedia than it was through Holday Travel. The royal holdiay website is also a joke. We were suppose to get 2 nights free anywhere in us. We had to send them #75 which they said we would get back when we sent in our bill from the hotel. Alos a #30 gas card. We took the trip to atlantic city and guess what we had to listen to another time share to get our hotel. We didn't get the gas card or the $75 back. When i call they said their voice mail is full. I submit one complaint to Acer due to my notebook's screen appeared as broken from October 15. They pick my notebook up to the Repair Centre and 2 weeks later told me: I broke the screen and i have to pay $365 (this notebook was bought last May) that never happen. We were lied to by the salespeople throughout our presentation. Nothing they said was actually true. Do not go to their resort. The free breakfast was certainly not worth the misery we now are going through. I have travelled from kuala lumpur to istanbul via dubai on the 12 of November 2007 via flight EK352. I have a bag that is meant to be check at luugage but was asked to be checked in instead. Nightmare Hotel experience. On Friday 9th November 2007, we booked a double room for 2 nights Sat 10th and Sun 11th November. We paid in full on arrival. On the second night we returned to the hotel after our day out just before 9 p.m. The hotel was in complete darkness and locked up. I was at Elysium Garden hotel in Munnar, Kerala on 28th October, 2007 with my wife. We were booked into this hotel by our tour company - Planet tours (Mumbai) and Kerala tours in Kerala. I had booked a cochin-delhi ticket on jetlite do travel on 12th nov 07 worth Rs 5422, It was supposed to be a paper ticket. I did not receieve the ticket even by 11th Nov and i inquired in the Jetlite office at Trivendrum , they informed me that the tkt has been cancelled as ezeeggo did not pay jetlite on time . They offered one air deccan ticket free on purchase of one ticket...but when you claim your free ticket, they don't redeem your promotion code...on top of it, they don't respond to any emails or phone calls...now i am not sure whether the ticket i have purchased will be at all valid or not. I am an NRI and I have had bad experiences with mobile service operators in India in the past especially Airtel. The latest and worst is with Airtel so far.
