My wife and I were going to Cozumel on a scuba diving trip. We were to fly from Orlando to Atlanta onto Cozumel. The first plane we were to fly on had mechanical problems, the second had mechanical problems and showed up late to Orlando. We missed our connecting flight to Cozumel. I have been a Aeroplan Card holder since 1993. At that time I was using Air Canada for business trips and the point system seemed like a great way to save up for free trips.

I couldn't even "Share Your Story" on the Sheraton website becuse they limit the characters and want some kind of photo or video.
There is no complaint department or company contact information. Here's what I tried to write to them.

My wife and I stopped at Cozumel during a cruise. Our excursion was cancelled due to the weather so we wandered around for a bit before we ended up talking to Justin at El Cid about an RCI membership.

Crowne Plaza hotels are owned by Marriott and the Intercontinental Hotel Group. We stayed in the Crowne Plaza in Guadalajara, Mexico.
We left a wake-up request with Reception, but we also tried to set the alarm clock.
The instruction booklet was missing, and we could not set it. We phoned Reception and asked someone to show us. A maintenance man arrived. My family and I were booked on flight 678 Orlando to White Plains on January 15 (8:25am scheduled departure). We got to the check in counter 45 minutes before the flight and were told by one of the AirTran employees that the flight was closed.
He directed us to a counter where we were supposed to rebook our flight. Lies Lies Lies! You can't take a vacation when you want or where you want; but when they tell you and where they tell you. Basically, they have too too too many members or not enough availability. Customer service is mafia style: beware beware! Lots of extras promised: vacations, airfare, flexible vacations, but none of this is true. Nice vacations do cost a lot of money, but you will only spend a lot of money with a Bluegreen vacation timeshare and not get the vacation. I stayed at the Hilton garden inn in October 06 and someone called posing as my husband. they gave him information about me and my stay. the problem is: I AM NOT MARRIED. I called the hotel and complained. They have been very rude about this situation. I am furious. They asked me not to call the hotel nor can I stay there. Saint Gregory Hotel
While the St. Gregory appears to be a luxury hotel on the outside the suites, at least the one we stayed in had a serious problem.
BEDBUGS.
We informed the desk staff to no avail. We've written a letter to the general manager Jay Haddock (sent via email, mail, and fax) and as of this writing nothing has been done. Even showing our arms to the desk clerk didn't elect a response.

Hilton Hotel - Atlanta Airport
I am very unhappy about writing this letter to you.
You may not be aware that the menu at the Magnolia Grill in the hotel has a section that denigrates Southerners and states that they eat and go to the bathroom in the same hour.
This is indicative of the management at the Hilton and the work of food and beverage director "MXXXX".
When MXXXXis MOD he brings his family to stay at the hotel and his toddler screams all through meals in the restaurant.

I purchased a set of diamonds studs on 1/20/07 from DI's Cozumel, Mexico store at Avenida Rafael E. Melgar #131. The purchase price was $1,500.00 USD. When I got home I decided that I would like to upgrade the quality of my diamonds. The back of the original sales receipt clearly states that "you may receive a store credit on any jewelry purchased by you within 30 days of your purchase provided you return to DI and TI the original receipt for the item purchased along with the item in its original condition".

I too am 1 of many of people who have had poor service from Fairfield. I bought my timeshare on 5/2003 in Hawaii on the big island, 154,000 pt. package, from Vicki Hines/sales. I have yet to be able to use my pts since that time and it's Jan 2007 now.. they have repeatedly rejected my requests for usage. I went through CruiseCompete.com to get quotes on a cruise in May on the Star Princess for 5 cabins (ll family members). I received 8 quotes, the lowest being from Cruises-n-More.

I have read other reviews and found 1 thing to be a FACT. The customer service is horrid. First line contacts are rude and supervisors reply in email with the same negative "Valued Customer" answer.
I asked them to take that description out. False advertising!
I was making reservations and once done, I received an email for a $25 roundtrip discount for each person. The email sale was for 24 hours. They send it 2 hours after it had begun.

My family has been a member of this organization since 1983 and never had a problem up until this last summer. On my first use of the service hotels.com I noticed that the page for credit card transactions is not secured. So when I called to make my reservation, I guess I was supposed to read all the disclaimers on the website first, which like an idiot I did not so I was extremely surprised when making the reservation that money had to be paid that very moment.

In October 2006 we were pressured into purchasing a timeshare with El Cid Resort in Mazatlan with a verbal promise that they would sell the Timeshare that we already owned with Mayan Palace. I had the most horrible experience at the Days Inn in Rocklin California! On the weekend of 01/5/07 I visited the Days Inn in Rocklin California with my 69 yr old mother and my 69 year old godmother. We were refused a downstairs room even though I expressed the fact that I had 2 senior citizens accompanying me. I fell for the story about perpetual rental of half of my weeks purchased, as well as the line that the resort company will buy my unit back for at least my purchase price but probably more than my purchase price after a few years because property values in Cancun go up ten percent or more per year.

My wife & I have been staying at that motel for over a decade, with absolutely no problems whatsoever, last stay, May 29th. When I tried to make a reservation in November, they told me Manager Lee Judson had put us on his Do Not Rent list. Fairfield Timeshare
Paid very good money for a timeshare week with Fairfield but when it comes time to reserve your vacation week they say they are all booked up. Your points or week are gone never to be used again and you have lost your money. Customer no-service says they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. They say you are buying an opportunity to stay at a resort but it is first come first serve. This is a first class rip-off. Alaska used to be one of my favorite airlines, but Alaska/Horizon are my definition of the bottom of the barrel. A group of us flew from San Jose and Seattle to meet in Boise in December 22, 2006.
Both flights were late; the San Jose one was over 11 hours late. The Alaska/Horizon personnel are so used to this that they don't even talk about 'scheduled' times, they say "target" times as if being on schedule is an unexpected event. It is.

I have worked at this hotel for nearly 2 yrs. And no real improvements have been made since I started. The owners are very cheap and hate to pay for Linen, bedspreads or cosmetic repairs.
They have Mold, Spiders and Mice. This is of no real concern to them. If they can do a patch up job or hide the needed repairs they will. We just barely passed our bi-yearly hotel inspection.
