Bid Rack is a scam. i was hit for $75 while registering. I called customer service and the woman started arguing with me that I should check the terms and conditions (T&C's) of the company. when i made her aware there was not any place where it stated i would be charged $75 on the T&C's she said..."oh, I meant on the 2nd page of where you registered" of course neatly hidden!! Whenever I as a long time customer question the integrity of their services they just try to sell me something else and there have been times when Darren would stop by unannounced and harass me for more money. I ordered a chip from them on 6/6/2011, I got a email next day saying they charge would come from Neoconsole (it came from Icombuy) all of the email addresses they offer get bounced back the live support is not there. I am contacting my credit card company and the FTC. Also bad experience with this company, ordered a Indy Colts tailgate canopy with sidewall as Christmas gift in early December 2010. Canopy delivered with no issue well before Christmas, told sidewall would be on way in early 2011. Followed up, told would be into May 2011 before saw sidewall.
