Well, we have had a medical emergency and I need to cancel our flight. I have also purchased insurance just in case of something like this. Well, it took the website 26 minutes to just answer the phone and then some guy got on the phone and told me he was going to have to transfer me to customer service although I'm pretty sure that's what he was. I would not buy anything from this store. i ordered a menorah (around $179) in March 2010 as a gift. It arrived in Australia in May and the box was damaged and broken, with the menorah sticking out. Beware of this site. I purchased a bench for a deal at $238 rather than $299 because their terms very clearly stated Free Shipping. Credit card was charged immediately, which is not kosher.
