I recieved a disk that wouldn't work. My computer starting running virus scans. I have been charged $49.86/mth and I'm unable to get a refund. This website and company are complete scams. On the bank statement they are listed as infinate dollar 866-227-6975...the call center that handles the calls is Performance Health which is somehow tied back to Google. Acai Burn trail is a fraud. Do not give them any details and they will not stop charging once they got your details. This business was authorized to charge 1.95 ONLY on 9/8/09. There was not apparent disclosure of ANY further charges. I couldn't get on the site to tell them that I wanted to cancel and not have anything put on my credit card. I would like to complain about their lack of a phone number or a web site where people can go to cancel their services within the time limit given.
