I recently sent in a claim for eye glasses for my wife my benifits cover $250.00, my wife has an insurance policy from her work as well so I we sent in the claim to her insurance first and we received the cheque, so I made copies of the information from her insurance company and sent in the claim to Sun Life and they denied my claim saying that I need to send this to my wifes plan first which I did and sent all the pertanent information to them. I have tried to contact this company to cancel any further shipments of this product. I have only been able to get a recorded message that loops back to the beginning no matter what option you press. The print out from the website when I originally ordered the free trial gave me no account number to access my account online. So needless to say not ordering anymore "free trial offers" The charge for shipping has not showed up on my credit card yet but I decided after more research that I don't want to waste money on this product. I made an order from a Chinese website, lagogo.com recently, and although they have my money, which was collected via Western Union, they have not contacted me since. I have sent several emails to them and tried to contact them on AIM and Skype, as they can apparently be reached on both in accordance with what their website says, but I've had no luck. I have place order for Lactacid Fast Act chewable tablets on their site. I believe it took them one month to deliver the order when it has clear given 1-2 business days, it is just impossible to believe that such reputed company is run short of stock. It was informed by one of their support lady only after I called them on given number. I don't know exactly was the issue because running short was over emphasis by the lady. I was contacted by Carl from New Concepts for Success in August 2007. It was a program guaranteed or 100% money refund. I lost $189.00 because the program is a scam. The website was terminated and the phone lines have been disconnected. I have reported all facts to the attorney general and pray that no one else is as foolish as I have been. I received a notice in the mail at the beginning of August-2009 about winning the North American Lottery in the amount of $50, 000. I was 1 of 4 individuals that won a lump sum of $200, 000. This is a fraudulant .com company. After ordering $300 USD worth of golf irons, the company tried to empty all of the funds in my checking account. After the bank allerted me of the fraudulant charges, I had to cancel my credit cards, and checking accounts. This company claims they are based out of the United Kingdom, however after doing research through the banks fraud department, it was found to be out of China.
