Customer service horrible. I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping, and 3 days later still no package. I call and they say items on backorder, so I cancel the order. Then they go ahead and charge my credit card, refusing to refund my money, then decide to ship my package almost 3 weeks later. I purchased 32 Qualcast lawn rake tines, Order No. OH3892316, for which they advertised and invoiced quantities of 8 in a packet. Online shopping with New Moon Mall has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. I new the deal they were offering on an expensive green laser was too good to be true (they charged $340 for a product everyone else is selling at $400). I ordered a watch through Blue Fakes. They made me give them a money order for COD after they called me and told me their computers would be down and they couldn't take my charge card. Then they gave me a cheap phony watch that I had paid $300 for. They will not return calls or email. They have two phony sites that give them good reviews. Received a charge of $1.95 that I did not authorize, when I called I was told that this was a download to my computer to start an internet business. I then a few days later received another charge of $59.90, which was a monthly pre-approved web-hosting charge. I believe these 2 companies are related. Over two weeks ago i discovered that money was missing out of my account and my bank informed me this company made a withdrawal from my account so i phoned them and they said someone applied online for a payday advance loan using my account number to my bank and a fake social security number. My first complaint is one that is of a more recent occurrence. Sometime last year, PayPal screwed up an account transaction that left me unknowingly owing them $290.
