They charged me for 3 packages, and when they came, we installed the hair, and it all tangled, got matted and started to shed within hours. They wont reply to my emails. I had paid for flower bouquet to be delivered in India for marriage anniversary of a couple. The merchant charged $7 but never delivered. It's been close to 2 weeks since I first opened my account and it's still not working. 3 times I was promised a phone call from a supervisor. I am still waiting. I just learned something. I signed up for a free trial at Ancestor.com. Had to give them a credit card which wouldn’t be charged if I cancelled within 14 days. I tried to cancel today and went through all the steps, but it felt like when I was done it wasn’t complete.
