The only True thing about True, is the dedication they have to deceive the public and take advantage of them. Canceling, does Not work, you will be billed, month after month, the only way to prevent this is to change your credit card number. They are far more dangerous than any telemarketer, or scam artist, because the use loophole's in the the law to acquire the customer base, Which does not matter if they are minor's, the bottom line is True.com's Bank account... safety and concern for other's be Damn. read full review »

I ordered a solo seat for my crotch rocket three months ago and still have not received it. I have called and waited 16 minutes and still didn't get to talk to a customer service employee. I sent multiple emails and every time they tell me it has paint issues and should be shipped out by the end of the week. I received six emails with the same reply. I also sent an email stating i want a refund and they never responded. Don't order from these guys, they are the slowest workers i have ever dealt with. read full review »

AffiliateTarget.com
October 6, 2006
I wish that someone could do something about unlawful hijacking of people's computer media. Web companies such as Doubleclick.net and Affiliatetarget.com are desteuctive advertisers who attach to any web address you are searching. I have been unable to surf the net safely without having my viewing content destroyed and disrupted. These companies do not have the right and freedom to destroy people's viewing content. Even though I have malware software, Internet Explorer folds everytime it is breached. This is a very serious matter... read full review »

I ordered a cricket wireless cell phonefrom www.1800mobiles.com on a Saturday, the confirmation page said it would be a three day delivery. A week later I still had no phone so I emailed the customer service department of the parent company to Cricket (because the actual cricket company will not speak to you unless you have a cricket phone number). The parent company did not answer my questions directly but instead gave me a tracking number to track my package via Fed-Ex. I tracked it and according to the tracking system the phone was picked... read full review »

Royal Camera, CCI, USA Photo Nation
September 21, 2006
After seeing very low prices for a Canon EOS 5D I called three sites trying to place an order. 2 of them, Royal Camera and CCI immediately aknowledged the camera advertised was actually a gray market item and not intended for sale in the USA. I doubt they would have been forthcoming with this information had I not asked. What does not make sense is that on both sites the camera came with a $300 manufacturers rebate. Since the cameras were not intended for sale in the USA, there is no way Canon will give this rebate. The third company I... read full review »

I for certain know that I wouldn't trust my $ to Elitemate.com (and I never did because of their strangely "too good to be true" environment like this: - daily bombarding with generic emails from a wide range of people of whom many don't read the profile - better looking women than a realistic random sample - high price and "fancy web design" (although, ineffective)... - even with the significant lack of self-description the emails from people are still received as if they're interested, for example: How... read full review »

AOL Visa Card: Here's a cute little trick from the folks who like to offer you "exceptional services" when you call. Don't believe it. I had been a good customer of this card for some time, but had paid it off and hadn't used it for awhile. Then began the letters promising a good rate if you would take out a cash advance or transfer balances. The letter always said: This is the amount you can take out..in my case 14,500.
