This is a small shopping center at Pusat Bandar Damansara, Damansara Height, at Kuala Lumpur. I'm felt very unhappy to one of the staff in this GIANT shopping center. Heritage Hotel, Ipoh is fulled with cockroaches and ants. My family and me stayed from 1st till 2nd February 2008. The 1st thing i saw when i entered the bathroom was 2 fat cockroaches. My children were terrified. I had to kill and dispose them. Then followed by my wife screams after half an hour. The water in the basin was not flowing at all. The mgmt of ISJ branch is really screw up and they just cancel the Yoga class anytime they like, some of the member traveled 30-40km to attend the class to find out the class canceled due to instructor MC, this is not fair to members and the classes must be on as scheduled and instructor replacement must be there if he/she is on MC. I did register in this company on 12/14/07, I did sign a contract and sign the receipt from my ATM checkcard for 165 dollars. I took my Louis Vuitton scarf to Crisp-N-Clean dry cleaners in Jalan Talawi, Bangsar, KL. They sent it off for dry cleaning and it came back totally ruined (wrinkled, faded, thinner and totally different to when I took it in, I can't even see the LV pattern on the scarf anymore). The scarf was a birthday gift and cost RM1,500. Crisp-N-Clean are not willing to provide compensation for even half this amount.
