I bought a bus ticket for my son to travel from Penang to KL on 10/12/2009 at 4.30 pm. Three days before the travel date I went to the counter to change the ticket to 11/12/2009. My request was turned down and I had to buy a new ticket for him. The staff said he will try to sell the ticket for me.
