This is not to say that I am complaining but just an express of my feelings and thoughts. I heard that there is a bad complain regarding the way of how this company is managing their employees. Lately, I heard my friend indicating his dissatisfaction and disappointment upon his decision on working in this company. He is graduated from Diploma and found out that the salary scale was indeed almost the same scale as a SPM student working in the company. Here, he indicates that this salary scale have put him into a phobia whereas he is thinking what is the use of studying Diploma if the salary is very low at the scale of Rm6xx.xx. Last year, I decided not to renew my direct selling membership but my upline suddenly renew my membership without my permission. After the renewal, he sms me and ask me to pay for the membership fee of Rm38. I replied "I did not ask you to renew the membership for me so I am not paying". After that, there is no new until now. Maxis has the worst Internet service in the country. The signal strength is very slow and weak most of the time. And the connection is usually disrupted and gets cut off while using the internet. The signal strength is usually at 50 kbs - 75 kbs and hardly reaches 1 Mbs. So, a text page will take about 3 - 5 minutes (color and graphically designed pages could take close to 15 minutes) to load and videos of 5 min takes 1 hour to download.Video and Audio communication or Chat lines like SKYPE is worse, it is totally useless..
