Heartbeat host seemed like a serious webhosting company. Indeed I was conned into buying domains and hosting them as well. I have at this point 5 sites on their servers. The problem started few months ago and upon contacting their customer service, I was told that they were hit by some ddos attack. I gave them the benefit of doubt and allowed time for them to get their act right. Sadly, their servers, to date are the worst performing. After placing my order for fragrances on the 11TH of November 2008 and effected full payment of $US218.35, my ordered and paid fragrances never delivered. I tried to contact them by email but never got a reply from them. I tried sending them a fax but again no reply. I am sure that they never shipped the goods because I checked with the shipping company that I selected. I ordered a phone almost a month ago and they sent me an email saying the phone i wanted was out of stock. well on the site it still doesn't say that the item is out of stock. i sent them an email telling them another item to send instead, but i never got a reply back. i have sent more emails, all with no response. my order status says processing, but it shouldn't take a month to process an order, ever. do not order anything from this site, don't let the fact that you can pay with pay pal fool you. they are very unprofessional and have terrible customer service, as in none. I got a text message from Grands (Malta Real Estate) telling me I had to leave my apartment as I had not renewed my contract. They hadn't let me know that my contract was up for renewal and so I was unaware that I needed to renew. When I approached them they said it was not their business to let me know I was up for renewal even though they had sent me a reminder the same time the year before. I am now having to leave my apartment as they had found a new tenant before they even let me know that I had to move out. TDK Europe www.tdk-europe.com I bought 2 spindle boxes of 50 TDK DVD-R, 1-16x speed, 4.7GB data/video DVDs. When I tried to write a video using my PC internal DVD writer Pioneer Model No.DVD-RW DVR-112D these TDK dvds were not even recognized by this dvd writer. I then tried my other Internal DVD writer a Sony DVD-RW DW-Q28A.
