i ask for a zingermeal at the drive thru and was told i must wait in the parking area because it is going to take 4 minutes. after ten minutes i went in and ask for my money back the meal was still not finish. then the guy ask me can i wait another 2 minutes then i can get the meal for free. i said it is about principal and service not about getting the meal for free. this is my last time that i will buy any food from them and i will also tell my friends about there bad service. this is not the first time it happened. read full review »

2 weeks ago I went to the absa atm machine, just outside ABSA bank central cape town. In 2007 (Sept) when I changed my car and bought a new one, I changed my tracker account to their new division (Skytrax). After long months of promises to cancel the account and refund me the debited amounts, I have since noticed that Tracker have resumed deductions on my account (June/July 2008), contrary to all previous assurances by Tracker that the account had been canceled and that they have processed my refund!

This is a long one, but worth a read, trust me, it's almost entertaining if it wasn't so ridiculous! I have had terrible reception and call quality with CellC. On weekends, in particular, my mother (also with CellC) and I can frequently not get through to each other and yet, if I use my husbands phone to call her (he's with MTN), it gets through. One would think that they would encourage family members to be on the same network...

The lady that assisted us was not familiar what was going on, she told us that we have to wait for 1 day before we will receive the phone, the next day I went to the shop and asked her again when the cellphone will be ready. I bought my Samsung U700 at April from day on purchase it's Battory backup is not good it is going off if I didn't charge for every 10 hours basically I am using this phone as official purpose only I don't get calls every minute. I received an email about vacancies at Nokia UK and I applied for one of the positions. I received an email back with an on line interview form attached. I completed the form and submitted it. I received an email today saying that I had qualified for the position and I am due to start work at Nokia in June this year. They attached visa documents, an employment contract and everything looks legit.

I cancelled my contract with Flexicell. They still kept on deducting the money off my account illegally. The Bank advised that I should close my account and open another as they had numerous people who experienced the same fraudulent activities from Flexicell after their cell contracts are cancelled. In march i purchased ADT for my home, agreed to a price, and then had it installed. there was an installation fee, couple of other bills, taxes and a couple months up front. I went to Margate KFC to try the new AVO and FETA Twisters and before ordering I asked the server if the AVO was fresh AVO or if it was processed AVO she said no it was the fresh AVO! I reported a lost sim card to Flexicell in September/October 2006. I have had several communication with them between that time and now. Promises made have never been honoured by them to rectify the problem and money is going off my account on the 15th of every month to date. Flexicell.
In about July or August last year I received a call from Flexicell to ask if I was interested in an 'upgrade'. This would've meant them sending me a new sim card, and changing my cell no. I told them that I was definitely not interested, and yet since then they have been debiting my account every month, and sometimes even on days other than the 1st or 7th which comes up as 'early debit order'. I went to Berville for work purposes. My company booked me and my colleagues at Bingelela Lodge. We received a very bad service. Our rooms were never cleaned for the whole week we were there. I cancelled a contract I had with italk and got an email confirmation from them in Jan that my last bill is supposed to be at end Jan 2008. I have subsequently on 2 occasions been charged (without authorisation) at the end Feb, end Mar as well as end Apr. Beside the fact that I am very dissaticfied with my2008 Ford Ranger Supercab 4.0, the service I got from the ford dealer in Bloemfontein is horrible and they stole the sticker from the back of my bakkie and then denied it and that I can do what I like they are protected against the law. My bakkie has 5000 km on and the exhaust fell off. The carpets does not fit the bakkie. I have ABSA Cheque account with a overdraft facility of R2000. This overdraft has NEVER been unpaid for more than 20 days. It has happened on occassion that a debit order goes through in a difficult time of the month, then obvioustly the bank turns it down and bills me for more than R100 per transaction, understandable.
