Customer service - Whirpool Spain Whipool Customer Service in Spain gives no answers to problems after first repairing. They came to repair my fridge ant I paid for it. However, the appliance has problems again (two days after first repairing) and no the local customer service ESLASET nor Whirpool in Spain has answered our calls and emails to repair it. My fridge has been malfunctioning for more than 2 months. It is really problematic and nobody seams to care about it. Please, be careful when you buy a Whirpool appliance. We stayed 2 nights in june, 2008 and had our car parked by valet in a garage a little walk away. The first day the car was returned to us with a scratch the valet recognized he had caused. The front desk assured us several times, finally at paying our bill, that the manager would get in touch with us to send the damage claim to the insurance company of the Hotel, and that it would be paid shortly. You guessed: no manager called, no reaction to our subsequent letter claiming the damages either, he was never in to take our call, etcetera. I have had two archos devices both of which went wrong after approx 16 mths. The first one was a power problem and i never bothered to get it fixed. but my second device an archos 700tv that cost me 600€ also developed a power fault. We purchased these because the sales rep told us and everyone else in the sales office that these weeks could be traded to gold weeks and rented for big money. We purchase a Sanyo DVD rewrite 500 2 years ago. It went into the Sanyo repair shop here in Spain 5 times in 12 months. Eventually we were told the Lazer had gone and we were not guaranteed for a lazer. However they said the Insurance would cover and we would get a new one. On arrival at Palma airport we were told that the car wasn't available, even though we had booked in advance and notified the company of our flight details.
