Elife
Etisalat is imposing Elife to the existing internet users even after service not accepted by the customer. I am Deepak Mohan an exisitng user of al shamil. On 20/06/2010 i have received a call from Etisalat 065679107 breifing the product Elife.I have clearly instructed the sales Agent (ahmed) to cancel my request, which he agreed on the same day. Next day (21/06/2010) the service got activated. I called 101 to complaint regarding the same, they are not accepting the complaint.I called back to sales agent (ahmed) he is unable to cancel. I am an American that worked in Abu Dhabi for one year. I rented an apt thru Demar property Management LLC in the Al Hassani Towers(Sedar Blding) in the Tourist Club Area. At the end of my apartment rental lease, all inspections and required water and elect shutdowns were complied with without any problems, but when it came time to get my 15, 000DH rental deposit back, the Manager Yahah was no where to be found---It has been a year and half and after numerous promises, still no check. I applied the E-Life Triple Play on 31st June 2010. Etisalat confirmed everything will be done within next 2 days as the area (Al Reef, Abu Dhabi), I stay is ready with fiber optic cable system. I have another postpaid unlimited package with Etisalat. So I cancelled the postpaid internet line. Since that day, unexpected the most terrible experience of my life begin, even Etisalat fix all device within next 2 days but the system was not ready till on 8th June 2010. This is with reference to the news "Etisalat Customer Care Centre achieves ISO 27001:2005 Certificate".
I was trying to contact Etisalat Customer care number 101 for the last 48 Hours continuosly, to report the faults to my E-vision account. Untill now nobody has answered the phone and still continuing the fault.
I am just wondering that on what basis this customer care got ISO certification.
As there is no other contact number for customer service, I have to go to Etisalat office to report the fault.
Unfortunatly there is no complait box in Etisalat Website.

I bought a WESTERN W8724-G for which the tag price is AED. 245/-. When went to the counter for payment, the cashier scanned the item and told me that, the price is AED. 264/-! for the last two months I was not able to contact the properly because of this land phone

My Pregnant (4 month) Wife And Son (age-3) had scheduled to Fly On 1/05/2010 By Air Arabia (Flight:: G9491, Dep: 22:25, Sharjah-Goa).
