My mother in law travelled from Ahmedabad Intl airport to Sharjah. The traumatic experience she had at Ahmedbad airport is unexplainable. There was a mix up as to whom to send payment schedule to which resulted in the bill falling behind which made all the payments be late, thereby creating a bill that started at $500 to now be over $800. I could not make any on time payments, because i did not know how much they were or when they were, due because they contacted the wrong person and by the time i found out the bill was already backed up. HSBC may wain the award as worst bank in Dubai...I have been trying for 7 days to get my internet password reset and no matter what I try it never seems to work. The last straw was when the call center agent told me I could pick up a phone banking number (my original was never received) at any branch.
