Though the man identifed himself as Sr. Anthony, but refused to give any details. Also climed that the number belonged to NOKIA UK. However, NOKIA UK does not display any number. On 27th May I finally delivered my car for body repair (change of rear bumper; rear part of exhaust pipe & repair a minor damage in the body). I was told that it need 7 working days. Today is 14th of June & my car is still lying in their workshop without repair & GOD knows when this suffering will conclude. The connection taken is the second connection taken from the service provider Airtel (An Bharti Group). All the formalities were completed by the sales person visited in one go. All charges were also paid in cash and given the receipt for that. Later the address verification was also done by company's agency and they have also taken copies of the address proof. I have a personal loan from HSBC Bank ME, In May 2008 they have taken two installment from my personal account. My loan due date in on 5th of every month. In may 2008 they have deducted 5th May one installment as usual and on 28th May they did on more. When i complained about the second deduction they justified that, whenever the salary is credited to the account they will deduct the loan amount, but it was not happened earlier. We had a hearing on 5 feb and the court favored us and before the complete justification could be done. They overruled it by themselves and ruled the new case for the landlords. Without any documents of the first case given to us, and they just all of sudden changed their decision. WE WERE SHOCKED.
