I had a pop up saying free credit report, i pressed yes then realised what id done, and never went back on it, i recieved no email no credit check nothink, then checked my bank and theyd been taking £14.95 each month from my account without permission, i was so shocked, surley they cant do that i phoned them and told them ive never used there website nor have never had a credit report, but they still took my money i have stopped them now only because i had to destroy my old bank card and get a new one, i am in pursue of my money but not sure where i stand legally. read full review »
I Phone 4 - I tunes account
Bought an I Phone 4 yesterday, and set up an I Tunes account

on the computer, this has been also set up for the I Phone 4. However, I received a call from Barclaycard today to say that i had received 2 bills for 1.58 twice, although we have not loaded any music. The only items loaded onto the I Phone was a few apps via an APP store that were free to download.
Why has my credit card been charged. Please send refund.

Based in Burnett Road in Streetly you would be forgiven for not knowing it existed being squashed between a boutique and at least 3 tanning/beauty salons!

this was taken out without my concent so this money has gone out and taken me over my overdraft limit so i have been charged by my bank aswell.
so i am realy not happy .
