Hired Avis car from Vienna Airport. Told to collect car in parking garage and all was fine with the car. Nobody to sign off on car, as the front desk is a long way from the garage. I am writing on behalf of two elderly neighbours who had a mattress delivered (cost: £35.00) on Saturday, September 11 at approximately 1430hrs. I'm renting a room in a house 33, NN4 8EA The landlord who own this property plus 4 others in NN4. I ordered pair of ugg boots on 26th August 2010, on 6th September i received a letter from the United Kingdom Border Agency working in Coventry, telling me the boots i ordered had been confiscated, due to them being fakes.
