I rented a car from europcar heathrow office and returned it the next day in their Grimsby office as per contract. The office was closed ( despite the rental paper saying it would be open from 1 to 3 pm ). Called them up 9 weeks ago afte finding them on Google. Their name says UK VISA GUARANTEED. After speaking to them it was apparent that they were offering visa services on a guaranteed basis. I paid them for a spouse visa (£1600) and then left them to work on the case. Last week they told me the visa was refused and they wont be able to do anything and they denied any guarantee.
