I have been experiencing problems in phoning abroad using Lycatel phone card (New World Call) and the Customer service (0207 1012250) haven't been helpful at all; I contacted them 3 times on Saturday, 24/7/10 and again 2 times on 28/7/10 after I realised the problem with the International Card was not sorted out. Worst hosting ever. I would never recommend cloudnext.com 1st they are affiliated to node4.co.uk which they only operate 9 am till 5 pm and is not 25/7 support. no payment notifications are sent so server will be suspended without any prior warning. I have had 6 downtimes totalling upto 36 hours or more. They even changed my server password so i could not log in and left me stranded in the dark as my site was down for many ours..i had a reply after 2 days.
