I bought a Weekly Travelcard Zones 1-4 on my Oyster card at a newsagents (364-366 Sutton Common Road, Sutton, Surrey. SM3 9PL). I paid by debit card. This is the worst company we have ever delt with! they say that they will come and fix any problems with the fitted windows and doors, we experienced problems right away. Firstly the workman were due at 9am, only to finally arrive at 2.30pm, they quickly completed work within 3 days and left us wih a multitude of prolems. No response from the Co-op since my letter to them of October 2010 regarding one of their van drivers who continually parked across my drive (even though I have dropped kerbs) and when I complained if he ssaw me he would spit and "gob" at me when making deliveries to my neighbour across the road. On taking closer inspection of my bank statements a DD payment of £19.95 showed as being taken from my account since January 2011. This was being paid to a company called creditscore matters. I have never opened an account with this company. When I complained and supplied my personnel details including address they have advised that they cannot find any membership details relating to me. I have asked on 4 occassions that they pay back the £100.00 they took from my account but I am just getting fobbed off and asked to send them my membership details (how can I if I do not have one). I paid via credit card for hotel accomodation to Wonderlandhotels.com They cancelled rooms after payment received and have not refundedthe money. I have spoken to a number of other people who have had the same experience. This internet site is still active and still cancelling rooms leaving customers no alternative but to pay again for accomodation. Wonderlandhotels do not answer phonecalls or emails. They have repeated this activity to people worldwide and no-one seems to be able to stop them. They are using Hotelbeds as a provider based in Spain. Whilst in Telford I was desperate for a haircut beofre a wedding the next day but being on job seekers had meant I had to put it off, so my hair was badly damaged. I told the hairdresser that I needed a thorough cut and paid £24 for just a wash and cut, didn't even finish it, literally. The hair around my face she didn't even cut! In March 2011 I travelled through Stansted airport. I did not receive a plastic liquid bag nor did I see any signeage whatsoever that I needed to buy one prior to clearing the queue. I had my liquids in a see through plastic wrapper I had found at home. I was told after clearing security and after a very long wait (20 minutes) that I could either leave security, buy a bag from the shop and requeue or lose my liquids.
