Dear sirs, I am making a complaint about the above company who sell uggs. I have recieved the first pair, but too small. I have requested the address to return them, but they will not send it me. I also ordered a second pair, which they say, there was no order, but the money has been taken out of my account. I fell for the scam. The website was very professional complete with tracking numbers, insurance information, addresses of sender, and people responsible for sending the shipment (David Hospes). I made just a cursory enquiry on line to Loanfinder(uk) last January 2010 no agreements made, no results, and certainly did not give permission to access my Bank account. I did an online check on my Bank account on 1st April 2010, lo and behold £61.87 was taken from my account by direct debit payable to, you have guessed it Loanfinders(uk) Bournemouth. Pro body usa took £73.89 from bank account without my consent. They advertised a Colon Cleanse capsule 'free trial' as long as I paid £3.75 for postage costs. A month later, I noticed that they had taken over £73 from my account. I managed to trace this horrendous company to a location in the north of England, and spoke to a woman who did not have a good command of the English language. I contact the company several times and after being fobbed off with excuses about delays with the manufacturer I cancelled my order and requested a refund.
