I contacted this company with a problem I was having with my Vauxhall Zafira car. I agreed to pay £21 on condition that I was satisfied with their answer to my problem. Since I was not satisfied I assumed that no payment would be taken.However, on looking at my latest bank statement I find that on October 15th £21 was withdrawn, without my authority, from my account. I hired a car via the Easycar agency in the U.K. on the understanding I would get an upgrade to a Citroen C5 or equivalent. When I collected the car from Avis in St Malo, France, they gave me a Seat Altea.
