A 3 licence commercial was purchased for £59.99 for an internet download. This was not able to be activated on no.2 or 3 computer. Kaspersky was immediately e-mailed and the reply was for me to photograph the screen, scan and sent to Kaspersky. The problem was that my main PC was now unusable. I contacted this company with a problem I was having with my Vauxhall Zafira car. I agreed to pay £21 on condition that I was satisfied with their answer to my problem.
