I was ripped off by REALGOLDSOFT when a pop-up came up on my computer that I couldnt get rid of. It said that my Microsoft licence had expired and I had to pay $99.95 to renew. It had links to the microsoft website all over it and looked offical so I oaid using my Barclaycard. I booked for an engineer to come and unblock our drains this morning to be told that someone would definitely arrive between 3-4pm. At 4pm I phoned to find out where the engineer was only to be told that he had broken down and had no guarantees that he would even come today! I am furious as this was and still is an emergency.
